- What are the main components of the adoption cost?
- The main annual cost is the platform license, which is priced by user count and includes all features and version updates. Computing is billed based on actual model inference usage. On-premises or hybrid deployment requires a one-time environment setup covering system installation, the knowledge base and RAG architecture, and connections to external services. Adoption consulting and workshops are billed by time. We recommend using our complete adoption services to integrate AI Agents gradually into employees' work. As the company develops its own AI capabilities, consultants gradually step back. Custom development and system integration are priced separately based on the actual scope.
- How long does adoption take, and what resources must the company provide?
- Adoption proceeds through three stages: consultant-led development, joint development, and in-house development. The actual schedule depends on the adoption scope and level of participation. The company contributes in two directions. Management sets policies and goals from the top down, while each function reviews its work and applies AI from the bottom up. Frontline employees and middle managers work together during implementation. The goal is for each department to develop at least one AI champion, depending on department size and operating model, who can independently design, develop, and maintain AI Agents. These capabilities remain within the organization.

- We manage the cloud deployment, so the company does not need to build or maintain the environment. It provides the shortest path from decision to company-wide launch and requires the lowest initial investment. On-premises and hybrid deployments require a one-time environment setup, with additional time and cost. They generally suit larger companies or organizations with strict security policies or regulatory requirements. Both deployment methods provide the same core features. They differ in setup responsibility, launch speed, and data-control boundaries.
