Intellicon Solutions takes the Gold Award and the Judges' Grand Prize at the 2026 FCA

EgentHub, the enterprise AI Agent platform, won Best Product Innovation Gold and the cross-category Judges' Grand Prize at the Business Next FCA Innovation Awards, out of 159 entries.

Standing out among 159 entries

The FCA Innovation Awards (Future Commerce Awards), run by Business Next, are now in their 12th year and rank as the most representative industry innovation awards in Taiwan. The FCA is founded on the belief that combining new technology with commercial innovation is the strongest force driving industry and the economy forward.

To keep the awards credible and forward-looking, the organizers assembled a panel of judges spanning retail, consulting, digital marketing, internet business, research institutions and innovation. This year the awards received 159 entries.

Intellicon Solutions took the Gold Award for Best Product Innovation and the cross-category Judges' Grand Prize with its enterprise AI Agent platform, EgentHub. 張嘉淵, CTO of Quanta Computer, noted that companies deploying AI Agents often worry about information security, and that this platform solves that pain point by combining a hybrid cloud architecture with a no-code environment, giving it strong potential in real deployments. 陳家傑, a director at PwC Taiwan’s innovation consulting arm, also praised its technical integration and its practical commercial application, which he said match what companies actually need right now.

Starting from the pain points of traditional manufacturing

Intellicon Solutions was founded in 2024 and works on helping traditional industry adopt human-AI collaboration. No programming is needed: within 30 minutes a company can turn its internal know-how into a working AI Agent, making an AI SOP into something standardized and able to scale.

Deployment comes as a hybrid of cloud SaaS and on-premises. As CTO 張嘉淵 said, this answers the core concern companies have about information security, letting manufacturing, electronics and finance, where data is sensitive, adopt AI with confidence.

Proven at more than 200 companies

More than 200 companies have adopted the platform so far, across textiles and apparel, metal fasteners, precision stamping, chemicals, electronics manufacturing, auto parts, restaurant chains and retail, with partners including AWS and NVIDIA.

Concrete results:

  • NEW WIDE GROUP: creating a work order went from 3 hours to under 30 minutes. New colleagues get up to speed quickly, and both training costs and error rates have dropped noticeably.
  • HOPAX: less than a year in, AI skill adoption is above 82%, department coverage is 75%, operational efficiency is up 25%, and more than 200 hours are saved every month.
  • SPEC Products: a metal fastener manufacturer with revenue past NT$2.4 billion, it turned 20 years of accumulated production data and the know-how of experienced staff into AI Agents, moving toward smart manufacturing across everything from mold design to production scheduling.

The CEO: giving companies an AI army of their own

Albert Chen, CEO of Intellicon Solutions, said: “Winning the Judges' Grand Prize at the FCA Innovation Awards along with Best Product Innovation is enormously encouraging for the team. From day one we have believed that the real value of AI lies not in the technology itself but in whether it can empower every colleague in a company to create more output and more value. Taiwan has so many excellent traditional industries with deep industry know-how, but they lack the right tools to digitize that knowledge, make it durable and turn it into AI. What EgentHub does is let these companies build an AI Agent army of their own without necessarily building an AI department, and make human-AI collaboration part of everyday work.”

The judging panel also observed that AI is moving quickly from being simply a tool to being a teammate that a company cannot operate without, which will bring deeper innovation and change to the commercial market. The FCA Innovation Awards will continue to accompany and guide the industry, honoring innovators of this kind so that they serve as a beacon for others.
