Intellicon Solutions was founded in 2024. We build an enterprise-grade AI Agent management platform and push for a new way of working, where people and AI collaborate. We believe an enterprise should build its own AI SOPs and own its AI as an asset, rather than remaining a user of someone else’s tool.
Generative AI moves fast, so what we offer is quick to adopt, customizable and flexible to integrate. Given clear SOPs and data, a company can build its own AI Agent within hours: knowledge base, model integration, prompt design and connections to existing systems, all in one place. Our customers span traditional industry, manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, government and media, including New Wide Group, TECO Electric & Machinery, Great Eastern Resins, SCI, the TECO Foundation, Umbrella King, Master Repair and Redoor.
Beyond the platform, we provide AI coaching and consulting: SOP mapping, data cleaning and prompt design, so that your own people can build and maintain AI Agents. The goal is not one successful rollout. It is that you no longer need us for the next one.

Over 20 years in product innovation and marketing. Co-founded Xiangwang Technology in 2000, launching Youthwant and iGuang, acquired by LINE in 2017. Later led LINE Shopping, new business development and live commerce at LINE.
Claudia Chen
COO & Co-founder
Founded Zhixing International in 2018 and launched several restaurant brands, acquired by a restaurant group in 2022. Later senior PMO project manager at 91APP. Specializes in brand and operations management.
Kevin Lin
Co-founder
Former VP of Weibo International and general manager of Sina Taiwan, with extensive experience in multinational operations and product development.
