ISO/IEC 27001 covers how we develop and operate the platform. What your own AI Agents can access, what they did and how much they spent is configured and reviewed by your administrators in the EgentWrX admin console.

Governance: decide in advance what each AI Agent can do

The user app and the admin console have separate permission systems, and role scopes follow the org unit tree, so a unit manager sees only their own unit and the units below it. Outbound connections are denied by default and allowed domain by domain, internal databases are connected read-only so nothing is written back to your ERP, and a skill must pass a review queue before it is shared company-wide.

Tamper-evident audit: any later change shows up

The audit log covers 55 resource types. Every entry is chained to the one before it with a checksum, so if any entry is modified later, every checksum after it stops matching. In a security review, one click on "Verify integrity" recomputes the whole chain on the spot, and even an administrator downloading the audit log is itself logged.

Token control: stop the call before the spend

Budgets apply in four layers, tenant, unit, member and AI Agent, and whichever runs out first blocks further use. With the trigger set to "Block", the platform stops the call before the model is invoked instead of leaving you to discover the overrun on the monthly bill. Usage reports break costs down by provider, model and AI Agent and can be exported for internal chargeback.
