Intellicon Solutions provides an enterprise AI Agent platform. Founded in 2024, the company turned an annual profit in its first year. In February 2025, backed by Smart Capital, it announced the close of a NT$10 million angel round, helping traditional industry build AI Agents into its own workflows and move faster into human-AI collaboration.

Generative AI models are advancing quickly, and AI tools now ship far faster than software or SaaS ever did. Most of them, though, are fixed products; few let a company customize its own workflow, still less design one. The Intellicon Solutions platform is built for fast deployment, custom development and easy integration. Provided the SOP for the workflow is already complete, an AI Agent can be finished in a few hours: building a dedicated knowledge base, connecting to the newest large language models from anywhere in the world, designing fully custom prompts, or hooking into the software services and internal systems a company already uses. A colleague with a PM background can handle it.

Commercial AI is still in its early days, and Intellicon Solutions is one of the few providers to have taken AI Agents live at dozens of customers. Early adopters include NEW WIDE GROUP, JS ADWAYS MEDIA, M2 微商城, TECO Technology Foundation, amashop, Risksoft Technology and Reddoor, spanning traditional industry, textiles, e-commerce, manufacturing, finance, government, media and real estate.

The AI customer service for the Mountains to Sea Greenway, built by Intellicon Solutions together with JS ADWAYS MEDIA, was named a LINE Biz-Solutions success case in January this year. With an AI Agent connected to a LINE official account, it generates itineraries around what visitors need and prefer, and plans trips around changes in the weather and the supply points along the route. For hikers and long-distance walkers, both convenience and safety improve noticeably.

Claudia Chen, COO of Intellicon Solutions, said: “Helping traditional industry deploy AI Agents is the core of what Intellicon Solutions does. Take NEW WIDE GROUP. AI Agents raised the efficiency of order processing and work-order creation and secured the accuracy of specialist textile translation, with several results:

  1. Work-order efficiency up 600%, from 3 hours down to 30 minutes.
  2. Translation accuracy of 95%, reducing human error and raising customer satisfaction.
  3. Lower training costs, so new colleagues learn the business processes faster.”

Beyond the software platform, Intellicon Solutions also provides AI training and coaching, taking customers through SOP mapping, data cleaning and prompt design to testing and tuning, so the AI capability is genuinely internalized and the company can deploy on its own.
